At ONEBAG, customer satisfaction is important to us. Customers are allowed to open and check their parcel at the time of delivery to ensure the product meets their expectations.
If the product is damaged, incorrect, or does not satisfy the customer, it may be returned within 3** days of delivery** for a full refund or exchange.
To request a return or exchange, customers must provide clear pictures or videos of the product condition.
Products must remain unused and in their original condition and packaging.
ONEBAG reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the product shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
