2. Return Timeframe

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 DAYS from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another agreed method

  • Refunds may take up to 7-14 Business Days to appear depending on banks or payment providers

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchange Options

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer handling

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (if stated)

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

We reserve the right to determine return eligibility after inspection.


7. Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
